• All pieces created by Concrete Legacy Studios are individually handcrafted. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each item is custom-made and may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website or marketing materials.

• Variations in texture, colour, and finish are a natural characteristic of concrete and should not be considered defects. These differences reflect the uniqueness of every piece and contribute to their bespoke quality.

• Lighting, placement, and surroundings may influence how the final product appears. Images on our website are provided as visual guides only.

• By making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information

• All dimensions, colours, and finishes provided on our website are approximate and may vary due to the nature of the materials and the handmade process.

• Slight irregularities in surface texture, colour, or finish are intentional and integral to the design aesthetic.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and represent the price of the item only. Shipping costs are calculated separately for large items based on destination and delivery complexity.

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. For modifications prior to dispatch, contact us at design@concretelegacystudios.design.

4. Production and Delivery

Production Time

• All items are made-to-order, with production times specified on each product page. Typical production times are 3–4 weeks unless stated otherwise. Contact us if you require an item by a specific date.

Shipping Policy

• All items are shipped from Queensland, Australia.

• Small Items:

  • Shipping is included in the listed price for most small pieces. Delivery typically takes 1–5 days after production.

• Large or Heavy Items:

  • The price listed on our website for large items represents the cost of the item only. Shipping is calculated separately based on the destination and the complexity of delivery. Delivery fees will be quoted at the time of purchase.

  • Large items are shipped via independent freight services.

• International Orders:

  • We welcome international orders, but shipping arrangements must be made in advance. Please contact us at design@concretelegacystudios.design to discuss options and receive a shipping quote.

Delivery Responsibility

• Once a parcel leaves our care, Concrete Legacy Studios is not liable for transit damages or delays.

• Dispatch and delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary due to third-party courier services or external factors. We are happy to assist with issues where possible.

Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes applied by the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted for customer errors or change of mind.

• If you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at design@concretelegacystudios.design to discuss your options. Items approved for return must be in ‘as new’ condition, including original packaging, and returned within 30 days of dispatch.

• Upon inspection, a store credit will be issued. Refunds are only provided in cases of major defects or faults as defined under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty upon delivery.

• Returns for faulty items must be reported immediately. Items altered or damaged from their original state will not be accepted for return or exchange.

6. Quality Control

• Every item undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our high standards. However:

  • Slight imperfections, such as surface texture variations or minor colour inconsistencies, are part of the handmade process and enhance the character of each piece.

  • These variations are not considered defects.

Delivery and installation are available in South East Queensland. Shipping costs for these locations will be calculated separately and provided after purchase.

Our pricing is based on ground-floor delivery. If your table needs to be delivered to an upper floor or a location with difficult access, please request a custom quote by emailing us at design@concretelegacystudios.design.

Once your table reaches the final stages of production, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

At Concrete Legacy Studios, we craft our tables using Fibre Reinforced Concrete (FRC)—a high-performance blend of cement, fine aggregate, water, acrylic co-polymer, and reinforcing fibres. Unlike traditional concrete, FRC is strengthened throughout, much like steel reinforcement in standard concrete, but with a more refined and seamless finish.

Concrete Colours

Our colours are mixed directly into the concrete using high-quality oxide pigments—not painted on. This means the colour runs deep, ensuring a rich, lasting finish that won’t wear away over time.

Raw, Unique, and Full of Character

Concrete is a natural material, and like timber or stone, no two pieces are ever the same. Subtle variations in colour, air pockets, and a natural patina are all part of its character—these are not flaws, but the beauty of handcrafted concrete. Every table tells its own story.

Durability Without the Worry

We use premium, UV-stable sealers to protect our surfaces from stains and scratches. Day-to-day spills? No problem—just wipe them up as you would with stone or timber. While concrete is tough, letting spills sit for too long may affect the sealer, not the concrete itself. A little care goes a long way in keeping your piece looking its best for years to come.
